Session Summary:

This 90-minute session will review the top three assessments shaping today’s HR marketplace, with a focus on their applications in talent hiring and development. We will take a deep dive into DISC—an extensively researched, time-tested tool that now incorporates Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to help employees respond more effectively to rapidly changing workplace situations. Participants will gain practical insights to identify the right assessments for their organizations and learn how to leverage them to enhance hiring, communication, leadership, and overall organizational effectiveness.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

Identify and compare the top three assessments widely used in HR practice.
Understand the core principles, strengths, and limitations of each assessment.
Explain the DISC framework and its relevance to workplace communication and team dynamics.
