Session Summary:

Monica Lloyd challenges HR professionals and organizational leaders to move beyond outdated frameworks and step into the competencies that actually drive results in today's complex business environment. Drawing on real-world application and a sharp distinction between what HR has been and what it must become, Monica reframes five essential competencies, from Change Agility to Self-Management, and shows audiences exactly what those competencies look like at every stage of leadership. 

During this meeting, the speaker will help us:

• Distinguish between outdated HR skill sets and the evolved competincies including Change Agility, People Advocacy, Systems Thinking, Policy Competence, and Self Management, required for sustained organizational success. 
• Identify the specific behaviors that demostrate each competency across emerging, established, and executive leadership levels, and assess where personal development opportunities exist. 
• Apply at least one competency-building strategy to address misalignment within their team or organization, using practical frameworks introduced during the session.
