Note: This session is in partnership with CWSHRM and is on Thursday, June 11th at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Rothschild, WI.

Session Summary:

This dynamic session reveals how health conditions — often overlooked in corporate wellness — is the key to employee retention and engagement. Attendees will gain actionable strategies to integrate men and women’s health initiatives into their workplace culture, improving performance and reducing costly turnover.

During this meeting, the speaker will help us:

  • Identify the hidden health barriers (menopause, pelvic health issues, mental load) that affect participation and performance in the workplace.
  • Evaluate the impact of these health barriers on retention, absenteeism, and organizational productivity.
  • Design inclusive wellness initiatives that address health needs and foster a culture of belonging.
  • Implement at least one practical, low-cost intervention that can be piloted within 30 days.
