With a dash of humor and a sprinkle of seriousness, we’ll discuss drug policy best practices, process best practices, and recent legal cases. We’ll touch on many areas of this topic: pre-employment, random screening, DOT and FMCSA compliance, and more. Attendees will receive a toolkit to prevent and address substance abuse in the workforce.

Objectives:

Apply lessons from recent legal cases to your drug prevention and response policies and practices.
Create or update their drug and alcohol policy.
Prevent and address substance abuse in the workforce.
Follow best practices that keep employees and clients safe.
Follow best practices to effectively recruit candidates and retain employees.
