Join with Attorney Brian Formella as he facilitates a review of significant U.S. and Wisconsin Supreme Court decisions from the respective sessions that ended in July 2021.  Included in the discussion with be an anticipated interpretation of the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act with respect to whether casual employee access to an employer’s database is authorized.  Brian and attendees will also review significant policy changes within the U.S. Department of Labor that will be in the intermediate phases of implementation.
